Brockport Integrated Service & Community Organization

BISCO is a collaborative group of local organizations such as Brockport Kiwanis, Lions, Rotary, Fire Department and Elks, and community members who work cooperatively and collectively to contribute to the betterment of the community. The organization’s primary focus is supporting projects that benefit children from the western towns of Monroe County. This organization sponsors and financially supports appropriate activities and projects through volunteer efforts, fundraising events, and procurement of support through grants from the state, businesses, and foundations.
Each year BISCO sponsors the Brockport Arts Festival which brings thousands of visitors to the Village of Brockport. Proceeds have supported projects including:
- Adult/child lawn swing for Monika Andrews Park
- Sweden/Clarkson Community Center playground
- Lakeside Hospital equipment
- Playgrounds on Barry Street and Clark Street
- Bleachers, batting cage, and safety fencing at Sweden Town Park
- Sweden Skate Board Park
- Brockport Toy Shelf
- Brockport Central School “Walk to School” program
- Cool Kids Program
- Extrication equipment for the Brockport Fire Department

Volunteers
Volunteers are always welcome, whether it is building a playground, working

Board Membership
Membership is open to any member of the Brockport area who is affiliated with an organization, educational or religious institution and/or has interest in and/or skills that can benefit BISCO in obtaining its goals.
Board meetings are normally on the first Monday of the month except January.
