Over 25 Years Supporting the Arts

Dates TBA, 2022

10 am - 5 pm both days

All arts and craft work must be the product of the individual submitting an application. Commercially manufactured and buy-sell products cannot be accepted as arts or crafts. There are approximately 135 booths available. All applications must pass our jury, and all applications materials must be complete for the jury. It is recommended that vendors meet the Early Bird deadline of March 15 for best chance of joining our festival.
We do welcome commercial vendors, whom we call Sponsor Vendors. There are several categories of sponsorship, with corresponding advantages for each. Commercial merchandise must not be competitive with our artists or crafters. Sponsors help BISCO to achieve its mission. The more sponsor dollars we have, the more money there is left after the festival for youth projects.
Not-for-Profit organizations find a great market at our festival and we regularly accept several for our show.
Entertainers are requested to complete and send in an application, also below, and we will call you.
For applications, please watch for the new applications on this website in January. No applications or money will be accepted until after January 1, 2019.

Volunteer & Board Membership

Volunteers are always welcome in BISCO. The BISCO organization is all-volunteer. The Brockport Arts Festival is the only fund raiser that BISCO has, and we are always looking for fresh perspectives and new ideas. There is no limit to what we can do together. If you want to give back to your community, it's a great opportunity. Volunteering for BISCO can also be a good opportunity for high school and college students to participate in community service, build resumes and make new long-lasting friendships.
Membership is open to anyone living in the Brockport area whether you are affiliated with an organization, educational or religious institution or would just like to use your skills to help BISCO in obtaining its goals. Board members are responsible for setting the direction of BISCO, but we also need folks to volunteer as non-board members. Organizing a festival like ours takes a lot of time, and many hands make the work lighter.
BISCO board meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month. Festival Committee meetings are held on the third Tuesday.
So, do not hesitate to Get Involved. We need you! Visit the Contact Us page for information on how to get in touch.
