Many thanks to our wonderful arts and crafts vendors and our sponsors for making the 2015 Brockport Arts Festival a success. The 2016 show is already underway with applications coming in every day. Please remember that, for arts and crafts vendors, you can save $25 by applying before March 15, 2016. For 2016, the Festival will be returning to Brockport’s business district. Some of our vendors requested this move, as well as the Main Street stores. We are currently developing an exciting events schedule to draw the maximum number of people to the village all through the weekend. We are hoping to have the Classic Car Cruise-In again on College Street, and a full schedule of music and other entertainment at Brockport’s historic Morgan-Manning House, with good food nearby. The Wine Garden and Sagawa Park stage, along with the accompanying food court will occupy the center of the Festival. Then, to the north will be more space for vendors, more food, and a large area by the Erie Canal for beer tasting and entertainment. We are also working toward making the canal a center of activity. More details will follow as they are finalized. Do not miss this show!

Thank you to all of our very talented Arts vendors! The show would not go on without you!

Friendly Reminders

Vendor applications are being taken now through May 31, with the Early Bird Deadline on March 15. Although most categories will not reach a maximum size, the most popular, such as Jewelry, will. Applicants for those categories need to send theirs in as soon as possible in order not to be excluded. Applications for 2016 are listed at the bottom of this page. Just click on the one you need, and it can be downloaded to your computer. It is very important for vendors who are new to our show to include at least three pictures, two of their work and one of them working, so the jurying committee can make its recommendation. We would like to encourage all artisans who have been with us in the past to join us again as pre-juried vendors. Musicians or musical groups who are interested in performing at our show should send an email to the address on the “About” page and include a web link for your work, or send a sample to BAF Music, PO Box 197, Brockport, NY 14420. We will be running two stages all day Saturday and Sunday during the festival.
